We want you to love your mural. Our expert production team conduct rigorous quality checks on each and every strip of paper and we will not let anything leave our HQ if we are not 100% confident that it’s perfect for you.

If there is a problem with your mural, simply contact our friendly team ( info@isthu.com ), and we will sort it out for you right away. To help us solve the problem quicker, we will ask you to send through some photos of your mural to work out whether we need to send a courier to collect your mural. Once we have established the problem, we will send a replacement mural to you on next day delivery. Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 7 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 7 day period.
